How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type: your name, how to contact you, and what you tell us about your program, the genetics you want or the genetics you are offering. We do not ask for anything we do not need, and herd size is optional.

What we use it for

To respond to your enquiry and assess a possible transaction. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you choose that separately, and we do not sell or trade your details.

Where it goes

Enquiries are delivered to Wagyu Index by email and to our own enquiry-handling system. The site is hosted on Vercel and email is sent through Resend; both process the message in order to deliver it. We do not keep a customer database on this website.

Seller information

Information about genetics you offer is used only to evaluate that transaction. We do not publish a holding or asking price without permission. Do not send another party’s member-private information.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no marketing cookies. If we use analytics, it is privacy-preserving, aggregate and without personal identification.

Access and correction

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you, correct it or delete it. Use the contact page.
